• Project 00 → EmBODYing the Browser →

  • Create a more finalized version of two of the qualities you chose.
  • Create a more finalized version of your html page
  • (these are both physical drawings you will make in real life and bring to class, they should be at least 11in. by 17in.)
  • Take pictures of/scan your original notes
  • Upload pictures/scans to the class folder.

• Exercise 01 → I am typing in an html →

  • Take the minimal html page, and you will type it 50 times, into 50 different HTML documents. You will number them such that they appear in the same list of files: LASTNAME_firstname_01.html etc. The leading zero is important.
  • You will also add a comment at the bottom of the page, it will have the date, time, the number of the page, and a sentence or two about how you are feeling.
  • (see the link for an example)
  • (these are typed html files to be clear)
  • Upload them to the class folder.

• Project 01 → Remapping → You will work on your initial ideas. Create three (3) ideas for possible directions for the project with detailed sketches of how you might depict these concepts, or what the window might look like. Create a moodboard (or similar visual repository) of inspirations for your visual direction.
• Exercise 02 → Semantic HTML → (Extra Credit if you want to do it this week, will go over in detail next week) "Target Practice" HW (see bottom of page for all details).

Homework →

• Project 01 → Remapping → You will work on initial wireframes and revised ideas. You should have a detailed drawn (digitally or physically) map of the pages on your site, and how they interconnect, or what parts of the page might change.
• Exercise 02 → Semantic HTML → Complete "Target Practice" HW (see bottom of page for all details).
• Exercise 00 → What's on Top of the Deck? → Have printed and trimmed for next week (assuming in-person)
